If there is a lower rate available for the same dates at the same hotel with the same the same terms of payment, currrency & cancellation conditions, you must contact us within 48 hours of booking your hotel reservation. We will either refund you the difference or cancel the reservations without penalty. This guarantee only applies to hotel only reservations. It does not apply to special events such as major sporting events, conventions or packages etc.
